State lawmakers will soon be considering a plan that would pay back child support
money owed thousands of Ohioans. Governor Bob Taft says Ohio withheld too much
money because of problems occurring as a result of changes in the state's collection
system. He's ordered the state to pay back the money. Statehouse Correspondent
