Ohio Tries to Limit "Spam", Part 1 of 2.

If you have a computer at home or at work, you've probably been "spammed." That's the term that describes how some businesses send out millions of unsolicited e-mail, hawking their products or services. In November, Ohio will have a new law that tries to limit spamming. Legislators passed it., and Governor Bob Taft recently signed it, but it's not clear what impact it will have. Today, statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen begins a two-part series.
