Tuition at state universities has been soaring the past couple years. Some Ohio colleges have hiked tuition close to 10 per cent this past year. Freshmen at Ohio University are paying 15 per cent more,and freshmen at Ohio State University are paying about 19 per cent more. The skyrocketing tuition bills are prompting Governor Taft to once again propose CAPS on tuition increases,but his Democratic challenger says it's too little, too late. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
