It's the busy season for state fire inspectors, who are already starting to crack down on illegal fireworks sales. A Portsmouth-area man has been arrested and charged with illegally selling fireworks at a flea market. Sally Wagner from the state fire marshal's office tells Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler says there are rules for fireworks sales, and they're all about safety.
