A recent study by Ohio newspapers and others has found that government agencies comply with Ohio’s open records law only about half of the time. That is prompting the State Attorney General to schedule a series of seminars across Ohio….to explain to average citizens what their rights are….and to explain to government officials what their responsibilities are. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
