This week on "The State of Ohio": The governor goes against the parole board on its recommendation for a killer scheduled to die later this month. Two dozen Ohio legislators are urging voters to approve Issue One on election day. That’s the proposed constitutional amendment that would make sure Ohio never recognizes gay marriages or domestic partner benefits. The lawmakers claim that critics of the measure are over-playing the impact of it. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
