Ohio Governor Bob Taft wants to tax people who sell their homes in the Buckeye State. He’s proposing a one-mill state real property transfer tax. In an interview with Ohio Public Radio’s Jo Ingles, the head of the Ohio Association of Realtors, Don Freels, explains what that would mean for Ohioans who decide to sell their homes. |
