There's a proposal being floated at the Ohio Statehouse that would allow any registered voter in the Buckeye State to vote absentee ballot for any reason. It's not the first time this idea has been proposed. But as Statehouse correspondent Jo Ingles reports, backers of the new plan think it will be easier to pass now. |
