Republican and Democratic leaders in the Ohio legislature are staring at each other and waiting to see who blinks first. And the answer could decide whether Ohioans vote this November on a proposal to borrow money for high-tech research, move designed to lure new companies and their jobs to Ohio. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
