After hearing oral arguments pro and con, Ohio’s Supreme Court justices are now pondering a complex legal question: if you offer to sell illegal drugs but you wind up selling a harmless substance instead, can you be convicted of full-scale drug trafficking? Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen was at the court as attorneys on both sides made their case. |
