State lawmakers are trying to wrap up work on a proposal to crackdown on motorists who are high; not on beer or wine, but on illegal drugs. The Ohio Senate has already okayed the plan, and the House is poised to add its approval. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
