The Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office has granted the Butler County Sheriff's Office federal immigration powers. The department applied for the authority under Section 287 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Sheriff Richard K. Jones talks with WMUB's Gary Scott about how his department plans to exercise its new power. |
