Gov. Ted Strickland is warning that electricity bills across Ohio will skyrocket in 2009, unless Ohio moves back toward government regulation of electricity rates. He's unveiled his own proposal for change, and it includes a move to encourage development of more alternative energy sources. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
