Critics of a legislative plan to wipe out Ohio’s estate tax can see that supporters seem to have the votes to pass it. And so, the critics have just come out with a kind of fall-back position - change the estate tax, don’t repeal it altogether. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
