With little money, Democrat Tim Hagan's campaign for governor has had to be creative to get its message out. Since it cannot afford TV ads, for several weeks it's been putting ads on its Internet site, poking fun at Republican governor Bob Taft, and portraying him as a duck -- who ducks major issues. Now, Hagan's campaign is doing something else that's unconventional for politics -- it has bought ad space on an Internet service provider. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
